Do not Buy.Meine Tochter hat sich diese Schuhe zu Weihnachten 2021 gewünscht. Ich fand sie recht teuer, aber der Wunsch war riesig. Also erfüllte ich diesen. Sie freute sich wie verrückt, putzte ihre Schuhe regelmässig und ging damit wirklich sehr sorgfältig um. Sie war so stolz auf diese Schuhe. Leider musste ich nun feststellen, das sich an beiden Schuhen vorne das Material löst, nach 5 Monaten und sorgfältigen Umgang sowie dem hohen Preis, absolut unverständlich. Also entschloss ich mich den Verkäufer zu kontaktieren zwecks Reklamation. Leider kam bislang keine Rückmeldung. Ich habe geguckt ob es irgendwo eine Rufnummer gibt, leider finde ich keine. Nun habe ich nochmal eine Nachricht gesendet und hoffe nun auf Rückmeldung.All'apparenza la scarpa si presenta come dovrebbe, forse un occhio più attento si sarebbe accorto che non sono originali. Dopo soli quattro mesi di utilizzo infatti la suola si sta staccando dalla tomaia in una delle due scarpe, dubito che se fossero originali sarebbe successo. Ne avevo preso un altro paio in negozio quando mia figlia aveva 10 anni (ora ne ha 20) quindi con un uso ben diverso, e sono durate intere fino al cambio di numero, portandole tutti i giorni. Sconsiglio il venditore.
